Physical Address

When verifying my proof of residency I can use a utility bill as proof. Since I have AT&T landline that should work perfect. I have a PO Box and no where on my bill is my actual physical address so this won't work as proof. Is there a way to have my physical address added to the account? AT&T obviously knows it as it shows in "my account". I'm just hoping that there is an easy way to add this to a bill of some sort.

Hi, Scizoty, we're happy to address your inquiry about adding your physical address to your bill.

As spoom2 stated, you'll need to call the Landline Billing department at 800-288-2020 to request that your physical address be added to your bill, instead of the P.O. box.

If you have any other questions or concerns, we'll be here. Thank you for visiting the AT&T Community Forums team.

You'll need to call customer service, most likely billing would handle this.
