How to prevent the phone ringing except from specified numbers
Currently, all calls to my land phone are forwarded to my mobile phone without ringing my land line. I want to continue doing it this way but allow specific numbers to ring on my land line. The Call Screening feature would not be suitable because it will not forward unspecified numbers.

If the service plugs into the back of a modem it's digital. I don't really think you're going to accomplish what you want, but need your service type to check.

Thank you all for your help. I've decided to turn on the "Call Screening" function. It seems to be a reasonable compromise, not a perfect solution but not bad.
