DOES ANYONE AT AT&T KNOW WHAT THE (Edited per community guidelines) A POTS LANDLINE IS AND HOW IT WORKS?
Or am I stuck dealing with Millennials who were born with a dang cellphone in their hand? If you need a Trainer PLUUUEEEZE call me I have 40 years experience using a landline phone and even a switchboard. All I wanted to do was drop all features except call waiting, caller ID, and call waiting ID. Little Miss Millennial put me on hold to converse with her fellow call center workers. Then when I grumbled to my sister about being on hold she said I couldn't change my account. I was already aggravated at the little dumb bunny cause she didn't know what a landline phone is and wanted me to call a different phone number. I called 1-800-288-2020 which i got FROM AT&T's WEBSITE GRRR!
I am about ready to tell AT&T to take all their "SERVICES" and stick em where the sun don't shine!
