can't manage features online or through app & customer service isn't helping ...
web site keeps going to blank white page when i click on manage features on both my pc & the app on my tablet, so i called customer service agent to help me change settings & he told me he fixed it & it was up & running, but people i call still tell me the caller i.d. is still incorrect or blank when it should be stated as my name is stated on my account here, gia marie - as i spent all day on the phone & social media site with agents just flat out lying to me & making false appointments ... transferring me to the wrong dept.'s all the time & making appointments for times & days they know full well no one is working in digital services on a sunday, smdh, just unbelievable & absolutely ridiculous & unprofessional.
