To get this fact (optional feature) I had much fun: Called Customer Service they did not know it was an extra feature and try to sell it to me. Sat on hold to go to Service Department, then too long so got a callback. Callback was for Wireless Service Department, they put me on hold to Landline Service Department, finally they told me it was an extra service (and had no idea of the total lack of information on the website). I then got forwarded to customer service/sales where they quoted $13/m.
