Unlimited Elite, HBO activation link options not found on "Account Overview" page

I have an wireless Unlimited Elite(SM) account.

I am on my "Account Overview" page. The HBO Max help page says that I should look for one of the three following links:

  • Go to my account
  • Get started with the HBO Max logo and then follow the prompts
  • Start watching HBO Max under See what’s on TV.

None of these appear on this page or on other related account pages - I've looked and tried Ctrl-F for these phrases but none of them are in the account. I've tried logging on to HBO Max but am getting an error message due to "Can't Verify Subscription" pointing me to the help page linked above -- and I'm unable to do what the help page says because those links don't appear on my page.

Does anyone know another workaround to enable HBO Max in your qualified account?

Let's address your HBO Max signing in concern for you @!


To find the HBO Max info/logo to activate HBO Max and start streaming which is required  before signing in, please power cycle your device and turn it back on after 15 mins.


If you are using the myAT&T app try reinstall and install the app make sure you have the updated application version. Or use a different device to log in 


Then, confirm which devices work with HBO Max, and follow step two in signing in with the above HBO Max link provided.
