Worst customer service in regards to HBOMAX

Currently on 1 hour and six minutes of being on the phone with ATT.

 

They’ve sent me several emails that I had access to HBO Max, I have unlimited enhanced plus plan and confirmed that I’m eligible for HBO Max.

 

But this “technology” company can’t seem to figure out how to get me actual access. 

I’m embarrassed that I’ve been an ATT customer for five years. It must show a degree of stupidity in me that I did not know existed. 

Why email me and tell me I have access and then not be able to figure out how to give it to me. They’ll probably figure out a way to charge for the time I’ve been on hold.

 

In this day and age it’s embarrassing that a company can have as bad customer service as ATT.

 

While I’m on hold they keep telling me how great HBO MAX is, guess I’ll just take their word for it.

 

Making the switch to Verizon and telling everyone else they should too

Gave up after 1 hour 21 minutes.....

 

If this ATT is interested at all in keeping my business I’d better be contacted directly
