Verify hbo max account

Good luck..I have the same issue going on for couple of months ATT can not figure out how to fix it

Good luck as well. Same problem even though there is a tile on my account page, but ADD HBO MAX doesn't do anything.

Thank you guys! Some would think that since so many people have the same issue they would have at least one person on their team that could fix it. It is just a gimmick for them to get more customers to pay an arm and a leg for their services.
