Unable to activate or access my HBO Max account that is included with my wireless service.

I was looking over my account details today and realized that HBO Max is included in wireless plan. Great! Then I ran into the same issue that countless others seems to be coming up against. I have followed the steps on both the ATT support site as well as HBO Max but have no "Activate HBO Max" or "Start Watching" tile. When I try to sign in with provider I get a message that my account cannot be verified. I have had the same unlimited plan for years (Unlimited Choice II) and it reads in the plan details that it is included with my wireless plan. SOOOOO I am hoping that someone can shed some light on how to rectify the access/ account verifcaiton issues, as I spoke with AT&T support this afternoon and their fix was that I just pretend that I didn't notice it was a perk of my account.... see screen shot

It can be frustrating to realize that you have access to HBO Max as part of your wireless plan but are unable to activate it or start watching due to account verification issues. This is a common issue that many AT&T customers have faced. However, there are some steps you can take to rectify the issue.

Firstly, you can try logging in to your AT&T account and checking your plan details to ensure that HBO Max is indeed included in your plan. If it is, you can try logging in to the HBO Max website or app and selecting "Sign in with provider." From there, select "AT&T" as your provider and enter your AT&T wireless account information.

If you still encounter account verification issues, you can try contacting AT&T customer support for further assistance. They may be able to help you resolve the issue or escalate it to their technical support team for further investigation. Alternatively, you can try reaching out to HBO Max support for assistance as well.

It's important to note that this is a known issue that AT&T and HBO Max are aware of, and they are actively working to resolve it. In the meantime, it's understandable to feel frustrated, but it's worth persevering to ensure that you are able to take advantage of the perks that come with your wireless plan.
