Hey @cheetahpine, we'd be happy to look into your HBO Max sign in troubles.
When you try to Sign into HBO Max with your AT&T Wireless Service, upon following the steps for the "Which AT&T plan do you have?" section, are you unable to see the Activate HBO Max tile?
How long have you had your AT&T Unlimited Elite line? HBO Max is no longer being offered to new customers as of June 6th, 2022 so if your plan was changed after that time, you may no longer be eligible for it.
Have you used your HBO Max service before? If so, was it working previously? This will help us know whether you lost your free subscription based on an account change.
