HBO Max Not Working - Cant verify subscription

I have HBO max included with my U-verse package, but it hasn't let me login 1 single time. Given the run around by customer service with hours of my life wasted that I'll never get back. Anyone find a solution?

If you are paying for U450, which includes HBO, you should be able to access HBOMax.

Are you using the correct login?

Yes unfortunately a well documented AT&T issue with unlimited mobile packages as well as some of the higher tier U-verse internet plans that were originally bundled with it.

AT&T changed the plans (wireless and/or internet) that included free HBOMax.

Thanks for the link. Its not operating the way it should be. On my account it clearly says "HBO max included". Has been verified by countless customer service people so thats not the issue. Have been through all the standard trouble shooting as well as the advance screenshare walkthrough and still have the same problem. Looking for a real solution if anyone has one.

YEP!!!  Same exact thing is happening to me!!  Pretty sure this was just a scam to get people to either stay with AT&T or sign up in the first place, I too have had massive issues with this so called "free" service, it's an exercise in frustration and literally I'm pretty sure it's a scam, their answer is always uninstall & re-install, if you are doing this constantly it's NOT a service!!  And it doesn't work!!

Agreed! All the troubleshooting is just a waste of my time at this point so at a loss of what to do.
