Having issues logging into HBOMAX

I have a fiber 1000 account that qualifies for HBO MAX but haven't been able to log in for months. I called customer service on Monday and while they did confirm that I should have access they couldn't figure it out and just transferred me around until I gave up.

What I am seeing after logging in through AT&T is a pop up saying to select a package as if I didn't have access.

Having the same problem. Chat support agents are telling me, "do not worry, upon checking I can see that your HBO max subscription is still active," and "it is included with Internet 1000 plan you are having." However, I am unable to log in, or get ANY assistance (HBO Max error message states that I must contact AT&T). They than stated that I needed to have placed my order by June 8th (or June 6th - can't even get their dates right). Order was place June 4th, but AT&T didn't install or activate until the 8th, and so the offer was not valid. Seems incredibly deceptive...

Online chat is a joke, ask for help or a better contact and they just leave the chat. Some of the worst customer support I've encountered.
