Got rid of AT&T TV and now CAN'T log in with AT&T 1000 Internet

I had AT&T TV NOW which included HBO Max, and that's how I was able to sign in and watch. Ever since I got rid of AT&T TV NOW (Because of costs) I tried logging in to HBO Max through my Internet 1000.

Since I had linked both the AT&T TV and Internet accounts, now it's been creating a lot of problems, and I cannot sign in to HBO Max. It's been 10 days of back and forth with chat support and customer service and I haven't gotten this issue resolved.

 

I have spent hours trying to get this issue resolve, just for agents to drop off the chat, or mess with my Internet, or in best case scenario, telling me that they are "escalating the situation to a specialist" and that my issue will be solved within a few minutes-24-48-72 hours (I've gotten all these timeframes and it has not been solved).

 

And to make matters worse, I find out that I'm overpaying for the Internet service when I look at new packages, or bundles. I'm very disappointed with the service right now.
