Can’t login to HBOmax
I’ve had the unlimited elite plan which includes HBOmax but I have yet to be able to login to the app. When I try to sign in with my ATT login info, it says “Can’t verify your subscription”. Why is this happening?

Thank you for reaching out to us. We'll be happy to help you get logged into your HBO MAX.
Is it at all possible that there's a different email address that was used for your user ID? If so, go to the login screen, and select Forgot User ID to find additional user ID's you may have.
If that's not the issue here, please let us know and we can create a technical case to get this resolved for you.

I tried that and it gives me the same message. It also asks to make sure I activated HBOmax on myATT but I can’t find where to do that.

They fixed my issue by resetting my account. Once they did that, I was able to log into HBOmax.
