Can't get hbo max
I have unlimited elite and every time I try to sign in it says "hmm that doesn't seem to be the ID you used to sign up with. I only have 2 ID'S and neither work to sign in with

Hello rogerramsey, we're here to help you with your HBOMax sign in.
Lets sign in on a computer first to get the account registered and started. First thing we want to do is clear the cache and browser history. If you have a PC running Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, or Edge:
Here's how to sign in on your computer:
If you're already signed in, choose your profile (upper-right) and then choose Sign Out.
If we find an existing HBO Max or HBO NOW account with the same email address, you'll have two options:
Choose this option to link the account that we found to your HBO Max subscription through your TV, internet, or mobile provider. After choosing this option, check your inbox for an email from HBO Max with a one-time code (the subject line is 'Here's Your One-Time Code'). Then, enter the code from the email and choose Link Accounts. If you don't get this email, see Didn't get the email?
If you link to an HBO Max account you'll keep your existing profiles (which include settings such as My List, parental controls, and Continue Watching). Your profile settings are not saved if you link to an HBO NOW account.
Choose this option to create a new HBO Max account with a different email (don't link to the account we found). After you choose this option, enter a different email address for your account.

I'm definitely on at&t unlimited elite plan tried using computer to login still with a computer wont let me access hbo max keep getting error code 205.4 says "hmm that doesnt seem to be the ID you signed up with" i dont have any other att user ID so (Edited per community guidelines) is that about theres only 2 user ID ive ever had 1 was prepaid and the other is my new post paid account which is unlimited elite i can access myatt login but as soon as i click the link to hbo max or try signing in online on a computer i keep getting error code 205.4 this is annoying that its been 3 weeks of having this service and still unable to access hbo max

Hey there @rogerramsey. We understand how frustrating it can be to not be able to log in to your HBO Max account.
Have you tried the steps listed above in this thread? If not, let's start by clearing the cache and browser history on your computer that you are trying to log in with.
After that, follow the next steps listed above.
