HBOmax billing

I have the same questions as others. Signed up for ATT Fiber last year that included HBOmax. I had a previous HBOmax account and I seem to remember that it would be swapped over after signing in as the subscriber. I noticed that I have continually been billed under the old account. Is there anyway for a refund or to get the charges reversed? I have since cancelled the original account and billing now reflects that it is billed through ATT.

I should also mention that HBO support just pointed me back to the subscriber.
