Current HBO / HBO Max paying subscriber switching to AT&T elite plan with free HBO / HBO Max
I am currently paying for HBO/HBO Max through DirectTv. If I switch my AT&T mobile plan to elite, which includes HBO/HBO Max, do I need to cancel my current paid HBO/HBO Max subscription in order to take advantage of the free subscription that comes with the elite plan or will I simply stop being billed for HBO on my DirectTV bill when I switch to the elite plan?

Hello @LukeB73,
We'd like to provide you with details on HBOMax.
Once you set up and receive access to HOBMax through your Unlimited Elite plan you should cancel HBOMax through DirectTV.
You will have to use your wireless account User ID and Password to access HBOMax from that point on.
Make sure you check your email, spam, and junk mail for the account registration.
