I cannot redeem Geforce Now because it says I am not eligible even though i met the requirements

Hello I got an email saying I can redeem Geforce now for 6 months.
But whenever I put my information it says "I am not eligible"

Even though i got a 5g device and an 5g unlimited plan that comes with HBO max. And i also have a 1gig fiber plan for my internet.

I need help to redeem my geforce now code.
