Roof was redone, satelite broken

I can't get a hold of anyone at DirecTV to get a new satellite installed...(Edited per community guidelines)

You'll have to keep trying 800.531.5000 and expect hold times up to 2 hours. Sharply reduced call center staffing, technicians not available to work due to health or family issues, record-setting call volumes and a growing service backlog are causing difficulty in getting through.
