Roof leak

I own a rental home in Dayton Ohio and the tenant had one of your antenna's installed. Please tell me who is the best person to contact regarding a leak that has now developed and is damaging the ceiling in the home. This antenna has been installed less than a year I am told.

Your tenant has to submit the claim as you don't an account.
