No light on WVB

My TV is showing error code 775 after taking our directv box and WVB to our lake house. I have been trying to fix the problem but now the light on the front of the WVB won’t come on at all. I tried calling directv and was on hold for an hour and a half and never got anyone. Can someone please help?

Do you have a swm dish there? You also need a power inserter and the main genie for a wireless mini. Minis don't work without their server (genie).

What DVR/Receiver model did you take?

Do you have a Single Wire Multiswitch dish at the lake house? And SWM Power Inserter?
