moving problems

At&t is not providing an DirecTv installer for my move. I have spoken to the Loyalty, Movers, and the Tech department and they keep stating that Access Media 3 are the installers for the MDU, which they've stopped installing there since 2009. Last week I called At&t, The Loyalty Department and the Movers gave me the runaround and the problem got escalated. I was suppose to receive a call back from a supervisor and I never did. I've been calling At&t for a week and no one is getting updated that Access Media 3 aren't the installers. I also had the property owner and the Access Managing department speak to each other to get this problem resolved. The access Managing Department agreed with the property owner that Access Media 3 aren't the installers and they would find someone that could install DirecTv. The Access managing hasn't called me back in 5 days and counting! I am at my wits ends and I am moving to the MDU this week and I am currently paying for the DirecTv services.

Your MDU has to solve this problem. Directv is not your provider. It seems your MDU has cancelled their agreement with Access Media 3 and has not bothered to find a replacement. But someone must be providing services to your MDU, who do they call when there is a problem?

The property management said At&t provides the service. In the MDU everyone has their own satellite. Some even have Dish network.

It's either a legitimate MDU or it isn't. If it's an MDU then no-one has a direct relationship with Directv. If it isn't an MDU then it's just a block of apartments and each apartment is responsible for its own system. Maybe you are confusing everyone by calling it an MDU when it isn't.
