I have 2 homes, 1 in Montgomery, Texas and 1 in Sacramento, NM. I need the local channels for New Mexico.

Your auto system (Edited per community guidelines)!!  Every time the system hangs up and refers me to sign in on line.  Three times I have called and after 4 1/2 minutes, the system hangs up!!!  This is not customer service!!   I must technical assistance and Mover's Dept to get the local channels from Houston channels to the New Mexico local channels.  All I see on the guide here in NM is the Houston, Texas local channels.  I need the NM local channels.  Please call me at (Edited as per community guidelines) or (Edited as per community guidelines)

Need two different accounts. You will only get the locals for where you are at (physical service address) per Federal regulations and DirecTV's Terms of Service. That address determines not only locals, but what professional teams are in-market and what taxes you are required to pay. Having both homes on one account would be a violation of service.

 

DirecTV will not call you as that is not how customer support works. You call them to discuss the account.

AT&T will no longer change your service address without a move order, the first one maybe free otherwise it is $199
