How do you email a complaint to the CEO?

I’m DONE talking to the overseas help!!!  We are 2 for 2 with DirectTV.  I want to file a formal complaint with the executive.  Laundry list of issues/complaint/incompetence/poor customer service/etc.

There is none.  You can try snail mail.

File a complaint with the BBB and FCC. That can help.
