Customer service

Ive been on hold for over 2 hrs. This is horrible. I had an appt. for instillation today and they didnt even show up. I talk to a rep at 4 pm and they said the person was running late and then i get a message to reschedule 2 days from now. Total (Edited per community guidelines)!

So they can edit my statement but not answer the phone or get a tech out to do a install.. maybe i should re-think.

This is a customer to customer forum and they have bots and moderators that edit it. There are staffing shortages with closed call centers and with techs also.
