Charge on relocation of satellite

I have been trying for 4 days straight to speak to an agent with the tech support department regarding a 50.00 charge I have on my bill which I paid to the tech when he relocated my satellite the day he came to my residence. Every time I call, I am placed on hold for 50 min to an hour in which time I am still not able to speak to an agent. Please help resolve my issue.

$49.95 is the standard rate for relocating the dish that you own.

The charge is valid, it gets you a new dish and a tech, whatever you paid to the tech is additional for a custom install/ mounting of the dish like a pole mount.

Yes I know its valid and that is NOT what my issue is. My issue is that I already paid for it and direct tv is charging me again.

The 2nd charge for relocation needs to be deleted. I know there was/is a charge for the relocation service but not responsible for it twice.

Dish relocate you pay to DirecTV. Anything you paid to the tech is for addition/custom work beyond the order, or a bad tech who got a free $50.
