Cancellation

We canceled our dtv account and got told we had to send stuff back within 30 days. Where do we send it? What do we send, boxes and remotes, but what about the wires attached to the boxes(power  cord, cable cord, hdmi cord)?

Got told to bring to ups or fedex store and they will box it and send it but no address was given or details of what all needs to be sent.

When you're in your 60s & people ask you to do something, you just say "No".  No reason.  No excuse.  No explanation.  I can't wait for my 70s.  I don't think I'll even answer.   -  Jerry Seinfeld

What are the models of each box you have? They might not all be returnable.

How To Return The Equipment

Go to a FedEx or UPS location with your account #. No need to bring a box or label, the equipment will be boxed it up & shipped out at no charge. The process takes less than 5 minutes.
