@genaupnorth

Call when DirecTV is open. A service call will be $99, or covered if you are subscribed to the optional Equipment Protection Plan.

Hello @genaupnorth

That's never a good experience when you accidentally run over a coaxial cable that supports your TV service. Be assured, we're available and ready to assist you with a service call.

As the prior response outlined, our Community Forum is great for questions and other types of troubleshooting; however, when it comes to scheduling a service call, you'll need to either chat with us or call. You can use the provided number in the above post should you choose to call.

If you would like to chat, you can use this link. Scroll to the bottom of the page. If a chat representative is available, the chat button will be available to click to start your chat.

Thank you for contacting us through our Forum. When the tech arrives, a recommendation would be to communicate with our tech to determine any options for that cable to avoid further problems.
