Why does your company add charges without authorization then promise to credit the account back and never do? All of you AT&T associates and company are liers and mislead your customers. I have you on recording and have emails stating a credit will be issued and I will recieve my credit

Optional services shouldn't be added without someone accepting them. Calling to get removed with promise of credit that didn't reflect on the following bill just compounds the situation.

You will have to call DirecTV for any action on the account as we are not AT&T associates, but other customers as this is a public forum.

Curious though, what charges are you referring to?
