Att damaged my roof!!!

Att installed our satellite dish on our roof, causing so much damage, that when it rains we have a huge leak in our daughters closet and it's now completely ruined! We called and made a claim Over two months ago and we were given assurance that this problem would be fixed. Guess what? Nothing has been fixed. Everytime we call, we get "disconnected" with no call back after waiting hours to hear from someone. We are given different numbers to call. We are told that we are being emailed and even mailed a hard copy of paperwork... still nothing. Filling an official claim with FCC and contacting an attorney. Any helpful advice would be appreciated.

I have been given this number to call. I have been given the claims department number to call. No one is able (or willing) to help. Do you have another idea? Because I don't have another three hours a day to waste being on hold and being hung up on.

I replied with phone number and account number.  No response. Sounds about right. This is what I am talking about! No one will help! They seem like they are going too but then do absolutely nothing.  And the risk management number... tried that again. Fail.

Same problem. But i cant find exactly (proof) which service installed 17 years ago.  I will NEVER let anyone install nothing on my roof again.  Dont have water damage with ceiling into home issues, my issues are within an outside wall we haven’t torn into yet.  Satellite installed on edge of roof.  Now that satellite fell over dangles by one leg, due to roof plywood rot of the two other legs, now ive noticed exterior bottom door jam rot, water leaks top of door casing, no tellings what all rot has been happening behind the scenes.  Fully intend on making this my mission complaining on every site i can.  DO NOT LET ANY ADDITIONAL ITEM BE INSTALLED On YOUR ROOF PERIOD
