Ever since I got wireless I’m knocked off at least 4 times an hour. Everything is connected correctly. Can I go back to to unwireless. I never had a problem with that.

Hey, @Mookielamo, we'd be glad to help improve your service.
Could you please provide more details on what you're experiencing? Is this for DIRECTV service? Are you referring to wireless receivers losing connection to the main receiver or the internet?
We look forward to your response!

i got wireless recievers about three weeks ago. the main tv in living room works fine. but the one in kitchen and bedroom lose connection constantly. every 15 minutes the Direct logo comes up saying connecting. than screen goes black and it brings me back to another station. also while watching taped things or regular tv itfreezes up...starts again than freezes up.
i never had this problem till i got wireless recievers.
Thanks for the information. The main thing you will want to look at is your wireless video bridge, and make sure that it is in a good location. Learn more about an optimal setup.

ok so my bridge is right next to my DVR, where the tech set it up. it says it should be at least 8 ft away fron the main box DVR. the wire is only 3 feet long, what should i do. im sorry im so frustrated.
The WVB connects via coax, so if possible, you may be able to move it to a location that is wired. It depends on the setup, but if you're WVB is going straight to the DVR, then you will want to keep that same setup. If it's connecting through a splitter, then you can move the WVB to any active connection off your splitter.
