no volume on 1 box only have already re booted box and disconected power.

We recommend this article on loss of sound. Often times the source is either cabling or equipment. Does this happening on all channels? If this is happening on only one channel, then it could also be a broadcast issue.
To get started, you will want to check the following:
If you are still experiencing an issue, we would recommending trying our troubleshooting and resolve tool. Be sure to log in with your AT&T UserId and password to get help with your specific receiver.
Lastly, do you have a sound bar connected or other AV equipment? If so we recommend plugging your receiver directly into your tv. If this resolves the issue, then you may need to contact the manufacturer of the 3rd party equipment. They may have additional troubleshooting steps.
