Upgrading to Genie DVR

I've received several notices that I qualify for an upgrade to Genie.  Before I do, I have several questions.

Glad I was helpful. Unfortunately I may not speak with you on the phone. I am customer like yourself, and as the rules of this public forum prohibit putting personal contact information.
