tv error of hard drive error 222

When I turned the TV on, there was an error message of - Hard Drive error 222. Not sure what that means nor how to fix.

There is no fix for that the hard drive is dead. You can try resetting the dvr (once) which only works if it's not completely dead. You have to have it replaced and the only way to do that is to call customer service and right now there are extremely long wait times.
