Season Record for MyTeams not working correctly...again.
For the 3rd time this season, DirecTV is not recording my Yankees games even though they are set up for Season Record. It did not record the last couple against Washington and is not recording upcoming ones for as far out as I can see. I have to manually record each one, and if I try to set season record it says already set up, but it is not recording any of the games since Monday, nor are any of the upcoming games scheduled to record.

Has this ever been resolved? I spent time going through all the menus making sure it was not something I was doing wrong, then came here to find I was not alone.

this is an issue that the geniuses at at&t can't (or won't) figure out how to resolve. resetting the receiver is not a solution. figure it out or lose customers! awful service!!!

I can’t trust the Directv season record. Way too many times it’s failed to record games. I check and recheck to make sure my team is set correctly and it is.I always manual record on other receiver as a backup, especially for big games. It would be a very valuable option if you could trust it will work. I don’t expect this to be addressed but they have no problem cashing the $200 check I send them every month! All down hill ever since AT&T took over.
