searching for signal

I have a searching for signal showing up on both receivers with the balck screen, when I go to the signal strength setup it states move the dish 3 degrees? It hasn't moved or been altered in any way. It was working just fine yesterday? Any ideas? I already reset the receiver, rewired the unit outside from the lnb to the house. I have also checked every connection for being tight. Please help.
