Samsung sir-ts360 service temporarily unavailable

My Samsung sir-ts360 gives me this error several times a day. Service temporarily unavailable and the screen goes blank. The service stays off for several minutes and then finally comes back on. If you change channels most of the channels are missing. I have 2 other receivers hooked to the same dish and none of the others are doing this. I have tried unplugging for awhile and rebooting and it still does the same thing.

I have had the receiver for 10 months that I bought from sound advice in Tampa, fl. Does anyone know if they would do an exchange on the receiver or would I have to have it sent out for repair.

Any suggestions would be great.
