Recording canceled due to programming update

I had set up a show to be recorded and when I looked at my list it wasn't recorded.  The History said it was canceled due to programming update.  This is the second time a show has not been recorded because of that.  I use a Genie.

This usually means that the station/network updated or changed their guide information.
