programming update cancelled my recording

My DVR did not record a regular scheduled program because of programming update.This has happened before, and Direct TV could care less.

This usually means that the station/network updated or changed their guide information. We recommend resetting your DIRECTV receiver to allow the guide to download the most up-to-date information. We apologize about the inconvenience!
