Program no ready to download yet

I have tried uninstall and reinstall the DIRECTV app on my iPad but I continue to get a message that shows I recoded in the last 7 days are not prepared.  However, I am able to download older shows I have recorded.  The newer shows show up in the queu until I clos and reopen the app, then I go through the exact same process.  Auto prepare is turned on but I can't figure out how to force preparation of the shows.

Hi @Dwlaws,

 

If you are finding programs are not preparing, please completely log out of the app and log back in. For best results, please connect to your home Wi-Fi.

Logging out and then back in again did nothing to resolve the problem.

Logging out and logging in again didn't work for me.
