Turned on my TV this morning and the main box won't power up. I checked all cables, the client attached works. I used the trouble shooter on the app and it says my box is offline and they're "aware" of it. Aware of what? That my box specifically is not working or there's an outage in my area? I tried calling the main line, on hold for 1 hr 20 mins and then it hung up on me. Tried again just now and you can't even get through as all lines are clogged. How can I get my box to work?
