On Demand channels and purchases not available

Since sometime late last night, every On Demand channel simply says the channel “is not available” and I am also not able to enter my Purchases folder. I restarted the DVR and also verified that my internet and wifi are working properly. Is anyone else having this problem?

Hi @buchan_b,

We're here for you get your On Demand working again. Sometimes you get the error when your internet signal is weak, even though you are connected to the internet. If possible try testing your receiver in a different location in the house. We suggest doing a direct hard wired connection as well. One last thing to try is resetting your receiver to factory settings. If you do that, you will have to set everything back up again.
