Old equipment

Two of three mini's do not work, third will not change volume, and main genie remote is intermittent, Why?

What models are each of your "old equipment" boxes?

Which has what issue exactly?

Describe in full detail (symptoms, error message, etc.)

Verify coax is finger tight to each box.

Unplug power from all of them.

After a minute power up one at a time in a specific order.

Genie > WVB > Client > HDDVR > HD non-DVR

And for the remote issue, try fresh batteries. Also make sure the front of the Genie is unobstructed with the front panel clean (matters for IR mode).

Your TV/soundbar/A/V system controls the volume not the mini.

If you program your remote to your specific TV it turns it on/off, adjusts volume, goes to apps on tv like Netflix, Amazon, Hulu. Had to replace mini genies and remotes for them.
