No SIgnal from Mini Genie

I am getting no signal from my mini genie on my main TV.  When I reset the genie box, I get the "receiver is starting up this may take a while" for a few seconds and then there is no signal on the TV.  The bedroom TV is working fine.

We can help you with your "No Service" error message on your Genie receiver. We understand that you have already reset your receiver. We have put together a few more troubleshooting tips to help you.
