missing shows

several of our recorded shows are not showing up on the list, how do we fix this?

It's a bug in the latest Genie software.  Should be fixed in the next update.  In the mean time, resetting the Genie will bring them back, at least for a while.  You can also find them in the Genie's History Menu.  Sometimes they just randomly appear on their own.
