Instructions to replace main reciever and connect with other wireless receivers, program remotes, etc.
Existing receiver is having issues. They sent me a new receiver but no instructions on how to install the new unit, connect with the other wireless boxes in the house and program the remotes.

Unplug the power brick disconnect the coax and the HDMI cable from the back of the old HR54 and replace with the new HR54, replace the power brick with the new one if provided. IIRC all you have to do with the remotes is press and hold the mute and enter buttons until you are in RF mode.

What are the model numbers? All DTV remotes are already programed to all DTV receivers in IR mode.

Old unit is model HR54-200
New unit is model HR54-500
The new unit has not been installed yet due to not knowing how to connect the other wireless boxes to it. So, I'm not ready to program remotes yet

Done. Had to call tech support to get it done. Actually had a very knowledgeable individual to work with. Doesn't happen often when dealing with ATT
