HS17 Status light blinking green constantly

 Woke up this morning and found HS17 green status light blinking constantly. Waited for at least 30 mins. and still the same issue. Through out the course of the day I rebooted the HS17 numerous times to no avail. I suspect it's a dead one?

Unit has been working perfectly since install several years ago.

Unfortunately since hs17 can't connect to TV it's hard to know what's going on. You can try to force a software download but if that doesn't work just call a tech out. Techs have an app on their phones where we can see what the hs17 is doing. To force a download reset the box when the white light comes on the front hold down the add client button ( located on top of unit) hold the button until the white light starts flashing then just leave it alone for 20 minutes or so.

I did this and my box has been blinking white for 12 hours now... do have any solutions?
