We are here to help, @Delcampj.

The DSWM 30 is a powerful switch that adds capacity for furture expansion. It is the only external multi switch that will provide full support for the Genie 2 DVR and and 4k receivers. It is limited to 13 tuners per leg and can support up to 30 tuners. You should be able to hook it up the way you want to.

Only one main "Genie" is allowed on an account. So you can only have a single HR54 (5 tuners). You can have regular HDDVRs (i.e. HR24) that have 2 tuners and 500GB recording space, or HD non-DVRs (i.e. H25) that have 1 tuner and Autotune, on your other TVs.

Sorry @ATTHelp (Marc) there is NOT a 4K RECEIVER. There is only the 4K MINI GENIE CLIENT.

A Client has no tuners or recording space of its own and cannot work by itself as is an extension of the Genie. Since the Genie-2 (HS17) forbids receivers, you are hard capped at 7 tuners. A Genie and 2 HDDVRs is already 9 tuners.
