HD44/500 Reconnect Problems

My internet service was upgraded. My computer, phone, ipad, and smart tv's are all connected to the internet and working fine. When I try to reconnect my HD44/500, it doesn't recognize an internet connection. Not sure what to do.

I assume model number is actually HR44 as there is no model starting HD.

Going into settings and then internet where you can go into advanced and reset network defaults. Then you can connect fresh. The repeat network setup on the first menu page tries to reconnect using same settings, which may have changed ever so slightly with your internet service upgrade.

Remember wired is always preferred, but the HR44 and up in addition to 2.4Ghz, do support 5Ghz (if your internet router has it).
