Have a dish located on a fishing boat and it wont work.

Can you reboot the dish

There is nothing to reboot the dish receives the sat signal when properly aligned with the sat.

I fear this may be case of MPEG-2/SD-only dish and/or boxes and they just experienced the shutdown like many others. Though that is just my suspicion. This will require @Seatoy777 to provide actual details about the problem so guidance on a solution can be provided.
